The programme is structured in two parts following the curriculum of THE EXHALE METHOD 1:1 PROGRAMME. The first being the internal personal development framework designed to bring awareness to our internal architecture, and re-write the narratives and patterns that cause resistance or friction on our path to creating optimal outcomes. This reprogramming catalyses change from the very depths of our subconscious mind - the component that governs 90% of our thoughts and behaviour. This reset will bring forth a new way of relating to ourselves and to others, it changes the way we view and engage with the world from the inside out.
The second part focuses on implementation, accountability and creating lasting change. This is achieved through practising new patterns and behaviours and cementing them in our RAS (reticular activating system). This is the part of our brain that creates evidence that reinforces our beliefs. Through working with the RAS we create new neural pathways for lasting change and optimised performance outcomes.
